This multi-phase project focuses on enhancing the island’s resiliency against coastal storms and tidal flooding. Our crews are specialized in the complex installation of subterranean feeders and elevated transformer pads, ensuring that the Village’s most vulnerable low-lying areas—including the Zone 1 K-8 Center Basin—benefit from a modern, storm-hardened grid that preserves the natural beauty of the island while guaranteeing power reliability.

As this 105-acre site transforms into a $4.5 billion master-planned community, our team is providing the foundational electrical infrastructure required to support over 6,000 new residential units and 100,000 square feet of commercial space.
